A down leg does not end until upside momentum runs out on the structure timeframe, however far price bounces. The arrow is the current leg's direction, not a forecast, and it goes once the tip is 250 bars old.

The same setting is a shorter price distance on 5 minutes than on 15, so the points locked can differ. Read the path on one timeframe as your reference.

The second path also accepts a timeframe equal to the chart's. From the 1H chart up, both default paths read the chart's own bars (the 15-minute second path is shorter than the chart).

Which bar counts as aligned (MFI and the stochastic of the structure timeframe in their zone together) is read differently: live, the indicator reads the forming structure candle; on history, chart bars inside a structure candle read the previous structure candle, except its last chart bar. So the exact bar of a high or low seen live can shift a little after a reload.

Whether the level is a high or a low, and whether it was already taken, are not checked, so an up-break can carry PDL when the previous day's low happens to sit at that swing.

The direction starts undecided on the chart's first bar, so the first break is always BOS, and charts that load different history can name the first breaks differently. PDH / PWH / PMH match on every timeframe, being read from the day, week and month candles; session highs and lows come from the chart bars that open inside the session.

Above 25 per side that allowance gets smaller, and at 50 there is none, so no invalidated block is drawn. If you see no grey box, scroll left: they end at the bar that finished them, which may be off-screen.

As price moves, the nearest blocks change, so a drawn block can drop out and another come in. On the live bar this can flicker within the bar, even though block states only change on a close.

A box is only 12 bars wide from where it formed, and the chart draws only gaps that are still open and nearest to price, so older ones sit far to the left. To see every open gap as a live level, switch on Extend right, and check Hide Fair Value Gaps above too.

Beyond that it drops the oldest first, not the farthest, so an old gap still near price can go while newer, farther ones stay. It happens when many gaps of one side are open at once, for example on the 5m chart with a low Gaps per side. In the data here the gaps dropped sit far from price, so the boxes you see do not change.

When reading history, remember the full line was not on the chart from its start.

The choice uses the close of the bar still forming, so the lines can switch during a bar. The level is still tracked and comes back once it qualifies again.

พรีเซ็ตใช้ขั้นต่ำ 3 บนกราฟต่ำกว่ารายวัน และ 2 บนกราฟรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน เพราะสวิงบนไทม์เฟรมใหญ่เกิดห่างกันกว่า Min swings และ Min returns ใน Custom ไม่เปลี่ยนตามไทม์เฟรม Custom ที่ 3 บนกราฟรายวันจึงวาดน้อยกว่าพรีเซ็ตThe presets use a minimum of 3 on charts below daily and 2 on daily, weekly and monthly charts, because swings come further apart on higher timeframes. Min swings and Min returns under Custom do not follow the timeframe, so Custom at 3 on a daily chart draws fewer levels than the preset.

The first close outside is only a provisional break: the box is drawn grey at once, but if a candle closes back inside within the grace bars it goes back to forming, widened. Once the break is confirmed the box never changes again. For no after-the-fact changes at all, set Grace bars to 0.

Each failed break widens the box to take in the wicks that went out, so it can grow past the ceiling; on the 15m chart one box reaches about 53 points that way. For boxes that widen less, lower Grace bars or Confirm.

And labels are drawn only for boxes in the recent part of the chart, so older boxes further left have none.

It has to be set above Window to drop ranges that break soon after forming. On the 15m chart every box is longer than 30 bars, so it takes about 60 to see a difference; on 5m, 30 already drops more than half of them.

IB comes one candle later still: it waits for the inside bar to close, then places its mark back on the mother bar. A mark that has appeared never changes or goes because of later price.

Beyond that TradingView drops the oldest labels first, and those are this module's, because the other modules always recreate theirs on the latest bar. With this module alone about 250 marks remain; with other modules' labels on the chart, fewer. A lower right Body% value, or switching off types you do not use, means fewer marks that reach further back. Bar colours from highlight bar are not labels, so they stay on old candles after the marks are gone.

To be alerted to one type only, switch the others off on their rows (a type that is off does not alert). And remember an IB alert comes when the inside bar closes, the candle after the one carrying the mark.

IB's highlight bar colours the mother bar, not the inside bar. And another script on the chart that colours bars can override these colours.

ค่าขวาต้องมากกว่าค่าซ้าย ตัวแท่งของ H และ IH ต้องไม่น้อยกว่าค่าซ้ายและน้อยกว่าค่าขวา ถ้าค่าขวาเท่ากับหรือต่ำกว่าค่าซ้าย (เช่น 20 / 15) ไม่มีแท่งไหนเข้าเกณฑ์ได้ ส่วน Doji และ Inside Bar ยังขึ้นตามปกติThe right value must be above the left: an H or IH body has to be at least the left value and below the right. With the right value at or below the left (20 / 15, say), no candle can qualify; Dojis and inside bars still appear as usual.

If one line is still missing after that, check whether it equals a higher period's High or Low: Higher period overrides hid it, and the higher period's label is at that price instead.

Lines do not move during the day and change at the trading-day change (17:00 New York), on the new day's first bar; the same goes for weeks and months.

The day does not start at midnight, so "yesterday" spans two Thai calendar dates, and on Monday the previous day is Friday. The value is TradingView's D candle, identical on every timeframe; a high counted from midnight will not match.

Two periods on one chart can therefore run opposite ways.

Reaching it exactly does not count, and price staying on the far side does not repeat it. Fibo lines count only while Fibo levels is on, a line hidden by Higher period overrides does not report (the higher period's line does), and Hide above silences the alert too.

Most lines may also sit outside the visible price range, since untaken levels are usually some way from price; drag the price scale or zoom out to see them.

A line runs in from the past even if the level formed only shortly before where you are looking, and a level taken yesterday does not appear at all; no line is cut short at the point it was taken.

This differs from Period Key Levels' Key Level touched alert, which needs price to cross the line.

Higher timeframes load further back, so they can show old nWH / nMH levels a 5m chart lacks. Whether a level is taken is judged the same way on every timeframe, so the levels all of them know agree. All three charts in this manual use data from 19 Jul 2026, so they show the same set.

Today's levels turn grey when taken and stay; levels carried over from an earlier day vanish when taken, and at the roll yesterday's grey levels go too. Note: under US daylight saving the default New York session closes on the trading-day change, so its pair is stored on the new day's first bar and counts as carried over from the moment it appears: taken, it vanishes rather than turning grey. Outside US daylight saving New York closes at 04:00 Bangkok and counts as today's for about an hour before the roll.

Session names need Session Key Levels on and that session's switch on; this module's Hide above does not affect them.

On 5m, 15m and 1H charts, where the session edges fall on bar edges, the values match (this data gives the same lines on all three). A window that does not fit the bars, such as 1430-2100 on a 1H chart, leaves out the bar opening at 14:00, so the values differ from a smaller timeframe. On a daily chart the bar opens at 17:00 New York, outside every default window, so the sessions are usually not tracked.
