When you accept this
You accept this acknowledgement when you buy a paid plan or package at checkout, and when you claim an indicator from your account. It covers every plan, package and indicator we offer, now and in future.
We keep a record of your acceptance: the date, the version of this page, and the order or account it belongs to. If we change this page, we ask you to accept the new version the next time you buy or claim.
An analysis tool, not advice
Our indicators are analytical tools only. They do not give financial, investment or trading advice, and they are not buy or sell signals. Trading involves risk of loss, and you are responsible for your own trading decisions. The Risk Disclosure explains this in full.
One TradingView account
Access is granted only to the TradingView username you give us. It is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell or redistribute your access or our indicators. One purchase covers one TradingView account.
When access can be refused or end
We may approve or refuse a request for access. We may suspend or end access in the cases set out in the Terms of Use: when a subscription ends, when we issue a refund, while a payment dispute is open, or if the terms are broken — for example, by sharing or reselling access.
Payment, trials, renewal and refunds
Each plan shows its price, billing period and any free trial before you start. Arxon Edge Premium is paid by card and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel during a free trial and you pay nothing. Refunds and cancellation follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your information
To give you access we use your email and TradingView username (and your name, if you give it), and we add your username to the indicators in your plan on TradingView. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and your rights.
