How do I find my TradingView username?
Open TradingView and click your profile picture. Your username is shown there, and it is the last part of your profile link: tradingview.com/u/username.
How long until I get access after I buy?
Access is added within 4 hours, 9:00–18:00 Bangkok time. Orders placed after 18:00 may be added the next morning. We email you as soon as it is ready.
Where do I find an indicator on TradingView?
Open any chart, then go to Indicators. Free tools are found by name; Premium and community indicators are under Invite-only scripts once access is added.
I entered the wrong username.
Email us with your receipt and the correct username. We move the access to the right account.
Can I cancel?
Yes. A monthly plan can be cancelled any time, and access runs to the end of the period you paid for. On your first subscription you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I change or stop my monthly support?
Use the Stripe portal. Sign in with the email you used at checkout, and Stripe sends you a one-time code.
Do the indicators tell me what to buy or sell?
No. They show levels, conditions and signals so you can read the chart faster. The decision, and the risk, stay with you. Nothing we make is investment advice.
