Who is responsible
Arxon Edge ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: policy@arxonedge.com.
We handle personal data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA).
What we collect
We collect only what we need to sell and deliver our indicators and to answer you.
- At checkout: your email, TradingView username and chosen plan.
- From Stripe: your order, amount, payment status, payment type and card brand. Stripe collects your payment details and billing country; we never receive or store your card number.
- If you choose to give them: your name and your country or time zone.
- Access request form: TradingView username, email, country or time zone, markets you trade, main timeframe, experience with VWAP trading, how you heard about us, and the two acknowledgements in the form.
- Support: what you send us by email, through our LINE Official Account, or on our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube).
- Two-factor authentication, only if you turn it on. By text message: your mobile number, used only to send your sign-in codes, held in Google Firebase Authentication and deleted when you change the number or turn two-factor authentication off. By an authenticator app: a secret key that links the app to your account; it tells us nothing about you.
- Your account: the email you sign in with and how you sign in (Google, email and password, or a sign-in link sent by email). If you sign in with Google, Google also gives us the name and profile photo on your Google account. Your account details: your language, and your name and country if you add them.
- A record each time you accept our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or Customer Acknowledgement: which document and version, where you accepted it (sign-up, checkout, a claim or a code) and when.
Why we use it
We use your data for these purposes, each with a basis under the PDPA:
We review access requests and grant access by hand. We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.
- To sell you a paid plan, grant and remove access to the indicators in it, send invoices and service emails, and handle cancellations and refunds (performing our contract with you).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To review access requests, answer support messages, prevent fraud and misuse of access, and understand which markets and timeframes our users trade so we can improve our indicators (our legitimate interests).
- Optional details you give us (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We share it only with providers who help us run the service, and with authorities when the law requires it.
- Stripe: payments, invoices and the customer portal.
- TradingView: your username is added to the access list of the invite-only indicators in your plan.
- Google: the access request form.
- Resend: sends our account and service emails.
- Google Firebase: account sign-in (including Google sign-in), and the text messages that carry your two-factor codes if you turn them on. Before a code is sent by text message, Google reCAPTCHA checks that the request comes from a person; it uses information about your device and browser to do this.
- Google Firebase: hosts arxonedge.com.
- jsDelivr: delivers the website fonts and sees your IP address when your browser loads them. It sets no cookies.
Transfers outside Thailand
These providers may process your data outside Thailand. When that happens, we take the steps the PDPA requires for cross-border transfers, such as relying on the providers' data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Accounting records, including order and payment records, are kept for at least five years from the date the accounts for that period are closed, as the Accounting Act B.E. 2543 requires. The authorities can require a longer period.
We keep other subscription data while your subscription is active and afterwards only as long as needed to deal with support, refunds or disputes. Access request forms and support messages are deleted when we no longer need them. Then we delete or anonymise the data.
If you delete your account (Account details › Delete my account), we end your access and delete your sign-in, your account details and your TradingView username history. Order and payment records stay for accounting, no longer linked to the account. We keep the records of what you accepted, and whether you have used a free trial, to deal with disputes and apply the one-free-trial rule.
How we protect it
Card payments are handled by Stripe, so card numbers never reach us. We limit access to personal data to people who need it to run Arxon Edge, and we use the security settings our providers offer.
Age and sensitive data
Our indicators are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal data, please tell us and we will delete it.
We do not ask for sensitive data, such as health, religion or biometric data. Please do not send it to us. If we receive it by mistake, we will delete it.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- access your personal data and get a copy;
- receive your data in a common electronic format, or have it sent to another controller where this can be done by automated means (portability);
- object to our use of your data;
- ask us to delete, destroy or anonymise your data;
- ask us to restrict the use of your data;
- ask us to correct your data so it is accurate, up to date and complete;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before;
- complain to the regulator.
How to use your rights
Email policy@arxonedge.com from the address you used with us and tell us what you want. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will reply without delay and within 30 days.
You can also do two of these yourself on the Account details page of your account: Download my data gives you a copy of your account data in a common electronic format, and Delete my account deletes your account as described under How long we keep it.
Someone else can make a request for you if you authorise them in writing. We may check that authorisation with you directly.
Some rights have limits under the law. For example, we cannot delete records we must keep for accounting. If we cannot do what you ask, we will tell you why.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to put things right. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee through its Office (the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee, PDPC).
Cookies and changes to this policy
How our site uses cookies and browser storage, and the cookies Stripe and Google use, is explained in the Cookie Policy.
We will update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell active subscribers by email.
