In short
Our paid indicators are sold in plans billed as a Monthly or Yearly subscription.
- If your plan starts with a free trial, cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
- Full refund if you ask within 7 days of the first payment of your first paid subscription.
- Renewals and later purchases are not refunded.
- Payments on our Support the work page are voluntary and are not refunded.
- You can cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
The 7-day refund
If your plan is not right for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of the first payment of your first paid subscription. We refund the full amount of that payment. You do not need to give a reason.
This applies once per customer, to the first payment only. It applies to both Monthly and Yearly plans.
If your plan started with a free trial, the 7 days count from your first payment, which is taken when the trial ends.
What is not refunded
Renewal payments and any later purchases are not refunded. This includes another plan or package bought later, and a new subscription taken out after an earlier one was refunded or cancelled. If you no longer want your plan, cancel before the next renewal.
Support payments made on our Support the work page, once or monthly, are voluntary and are not refunded. You can stop monthly support at any time in Stripe’s portal, linked from that page; this stops future payments.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@arxonedge.com with your invoice number (it starts with ARXINV- and is on your receipt). Please write from the email address you used at checkout if you can, so we can find your order quickly.
How refunds are paid
We refund to the original payment method. How long the money takes to reach you depends on how you paid (below). We remove your access to the indicators in the refunded plan when the refund is issued.
- Card: the money goes back to the card you paid with. It usually shows on your statement within 5–10 business days after we issue the refund; the exact time depends on your card issuer.
- PromptPay (one-time payments): Stripe will email you to ask for the number of the bank account the payment came from. The refund is sent once you reply, so please answer that email; without it the refund may fail.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time on the Plan & billing page of your account. Cancelling stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and access then ends. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
If you cancel during a free trial, nothing is charged and access ends when the trial ends.
Changing plans
You can switch between Monthly and Yearly billing yourself: on the Plan & billing page of your account, choose Manage plan & billing to open Stripe’s secure page. Stripe shows what you will pay, and when, before you confirm. A switch from Yearly to Monthly takes effect when the year you have paid for ends. If you switch during a free trial, the trial carries on.
A plan change is not a first subscription, so the 7-day refund does not apply to it.
Failed payments and disputes
If a card renewal fails, we email you so you can update your card, and Stripe tries the payment again. If the payment is still not made within 7 days, access ends.
If you think a charge is wrong, please email us before you contact your bank. Most problems are faster to fix directly. While a bank dispute is open we may pause your access, as the Terms of Use explain.
