What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They can keep you signed in, help prevent fraud, or track what you do.
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them. First-party cookies are set by the site you are on; third-party cookies are set by another company, such as a payment provider.
Cookies set by our site
arxonedge.com itself sets no cookies. It keeps a few small items in your browser's storage instead, described below.
Our links to Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube and LINE are plain links, not embedded content, so those platforms set no cookies on our pages. They set their own cookies when you visit them.
Browser storage our site uses
These items stay in your browser on your device. We do not use them to track you or to build a profile of you.
They are needed for features you ask for, or they remember a choice you made, so they do not need your consent. You can clear them in your browser settings; you will then be signed out and your choices reset.
- Staying signed in: Google Firebase Authentication keeps your sign-in in your browser's storage (IndexedDB). It is removed when you sign out.
- A note that you are signed in, so the menu shows your account.
- Your theme choice (light, dark or the same as your device).
- The site announcement you closed, so it stays closed.
- When you ask for a sign-in link by email, your email address, so the link can sign you in on the same device. It is removed once you are signed in.
Stripe cookies
Stripe processes our payments. Stripe sets third-party cookies on its checkout pages and on our pages that embed Stripe's payment elements, such as its pricing table or buy button. Stripe uses them to prevent fraud and to run checkout. These cookies are controlled by Stripe; see Stripe's privacy and cookie information on stripe.com.
Google sign-in and reCAPTCHA
If you sign in with Google, you sign in on Google's own page, which uses Google's cookies.
If you turn on two-factor authentication by text message, Google reCAPTCHA runs when a code is sent, to check that the request comes from a person. It may set Google cookies and uses information about your device and browser. These cookies are controlled by Google; see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com.
Fonts from jsDelivr
Our fonts are delivered by the jsDelivr network. When your browser loads them, jsDelivr sees your IP address, as any server you connect to does. jsDelivr sets no cookies.
No analytics or advertising cookies
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we ever add them, we will update this policy first, ask for your consent before setting them where the law requires, and give you a way to change your choice later, for example from a link in the site footer.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. If you block Stripe's cookies, checkout may not work; if you block storage for arxonedge.com, you cannot stay signed in.
