Who we are
These terms are between you and Arxon Edge ("Arxon Edge", "we", "us"). You can reach us at policy@arxonedge.com.
By using arxonedge.com, using our indicators or buying a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. You must be legally able to enter into a contract where you live.
What we offer
Arxon Edge publishes TradingView indicators written in Pine Script.
- Public indicators: published on TradingView as protected-source scripts and free to use on TradingView.
- Paid indicators: invite-only TradingView indicators, sold in paid plans as a Monthly or Yearly subscription at the prices shown on the plan page. Which indicators you can use depends on your plan or package.
- Access codes: we sometimes give out codes that let you claim indicators or a package from your account without paying. When you use a code, your account shows which indicators it gave you and until when the access lasts.
- Support the work: voluntary payments, once or monthly, that you can make on our Support the work page to support what we do. Monthly support renews until you stop it in Stripe’s portal, linked from that page. Support payments are not refunded.
- Arxon Edge is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by TradingView, Inc.
Your TradingView account
You need your own TradingView account to use our indicators, and you must follow TradingView's own terms. Give us your TradingView username exactly as it appears in TradingView. If the username is wrong, we cannot grant access.
One purchase covers one TradingView account. Keep that account secure: anyone who can sign in to it can use the indicators in your plan, and we cannot tell them apart from you.
Prices and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Arxon Edge Premium is paid by card. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each period until you cancel.
- Free trials: when a plan includes a free trial, its length is shown before you start. You are not charged during the trial. With a card, the first payment is taken when the trial ends and the plan then renews automatically, unless you cancel before the trial ends. We email you before your trial ends. One free trial per person and per TradingView account.
- Discount codes: one code per order. A code may come with conditions, such as an expiry date, a limit on uses, or first-time customers only. The conditions are shown with the code, and the discount is shown before you pay.
- If you make a one-time payment with PromptPay, it appears on your bank statement as STRIPE PAYMENTS (THAILAND) LTD.
- Prices are shown in US dollars on the English pages and in Thai baht on the Thai pages, and you pay in the currency shown at checkout.
- If we change the price of your plan, we will email you before the change applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you wish.
- If something is wrong with a charge, please email us first. If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer instead, we may pause your access while the dispute is open.
Getting access
We add your TradingView username to the access list of each invite-only indicator in your plan by hand. This happens within 4 hours during 9:00–18:00 Bangkok time; orders placed after 18:00 may be handled the next morning. We email you when access is ready.
In TradingView, open Indicators → Invite-only scripts to find the indicators in your plan.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time on the Plan & billing page of your account. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Licence and fair use
While your subscription is active, we give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the invite-only indicators in your plan on the one TradingView account you registered. Our public indicators may be used freely on TradingView.
You must not:
- share your access or let anyone else use it;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the indicators or your access;
- try to copy, extract or reverse engineer protected source code;
- publish our indicators, or close copies of them, as your own.
- use arxonedge.com or our indicators for anything unlawful;
- scrape, overload or try to break into arxonedge.com, or get around its security;
- pretend to be Arxon Edge or suggest that we endorse you or your product.
Our content and names
The indicators, their code, the names Arxon Edge and Black Tide, and the content of arxonedge.com belong to Arxon Edge or its licensors. Using them does not give you ownership of them.
You may mention our names to refer to our indicators accurately, for example in a review. Please do not use them in the name or logo of your own product, channel or service without our written permission.
Changes to the indicators and to TradingView
We may update, change or retire indicator features over time.
We rely on TradingView to deliver our scripts. TradingView can change its rules, features or availability at any time, and those changes can affect how our indicators work or whether you can reach them. We do not control TradingView.
When access ends
We remove access when your subscription ends, when access from a code reaches its end date, when we issue a refund, or if you break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling access. We may also pause access while a payment dispute is open, as described above.
No investment advice and our liability
Arxon Edge does not provide investment advice or manage money. Our indicators are analysis tools, not signals to buy or sell. You make your own trading decisions and are responsible for them. Please read the Risk Disclosure and the Disclaimer.
Information on arxonedge.com can be incomplete or out of date, and links to other websites, such as TradingView or Stripe, are there for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Our indicators and website are provided as they are. We do not promise they will be error-free or always available. We are not liable for trading losses or for indirect loss. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects an active subscription, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction. Questions: policy@arxonedge.com.
