Does it repaint?
No. Every mark is decided on the confirmed close and never moves. The table updates live while a bar forms.
Why did a signal print a few bars after the move began?
A filter held it back. If flow is still agreeing when the filter turns in its favour, the signal prints then — late rather than lost.
Does it work on gold and forex?
Yes, on the tick volume those feeds publish. It reads activity rather than money there, so test it on your own market before you rely on it.
How is it different from Black Tide Rituals?
Rituals is built for days that rotate around the VWAP and looks for reversion. Surge is built for days that trend and follows the flow. Both read the same Day Type, with opposite verdicts, and both come with Premium.
Does it set stops and targets?
No. Surge gives signals only. The stop, the target and the size are your call.
Do I need other indicators?
No. Every read and every filter is calculated inside. Add a VWAP or Ichimoku indicator only if you want to see the lines a filter reads.
